Obsessively checking the forecast

Last year when I ran the ING, it was some record breaking 87 degrees. I got some form of heat exhaustion and ended up throwing up 4 times several hours after the race. So, of course, this year even though I'm doing the half, I'm still checking weather.com every two minutes. Looks perfect now - high of 69 and partly cloudy. Perfect.
